Baby Detail....

Ok, I didn't think I'd get such a turn out for my announcement. Yay! 

Here's what I know, and right now, it's precious little.....

Took the home test Tuesday (two actually) and they were positive.  Called and got an appointment with my primary care to get a final verdict.  She confirmed.

She thinks I'm about 6-8 weeks along, based on my guessing when my last period was.  I could be slightly more, but not much less.  That would put me around...October for the due date I think.

I feel alright I guess.  I have the most achy boobs and ouchie nipples EVER.  I've puked quite a bit, but this morning nothing but nausea.  I have, however, been sleeping soooo much.  I get up, drive to work, and I'm falling asleep on the way, I get to work and by mid-day I'm so sleepy I really consider going out and taking a nap in my car.  I leave work, come home and fall right into bed.  Sleep for a couple hours.  Wake up, eat dinner, shower and then crawl right back in bed for a good 8-10 hours of sleep.  The fatigue is really annoying.  I don't feel like doing anything. 

So, I'm really excited and Abram is coming slowly out of *shock phase* to *acceptance and awe* phase.  My family is elated.  My Dad wants to know when we're getting married now.  And I have no plans for that right now.  Maybe sometime down the line, but not before the baby I don't think.  I'm not in a rush for that.

Taht's all I've got for right now.  I go for my first ultrasound/OB appointment next Thursday.  At least then I'll know exactly how far along I am.  I'll keep you guys posted.
